For UK tradespeople

The job was never
the hard part.

20+ years a plumber, and the work never beat me. The admin did — the missed calls, the invoicing, the late nights doing paperwork after a full day on the tools. So I built the fix.

Built by a working tradesman. Running real jobs, today.

Sound familiar?

Running the business is the hard part.

Nobody warned you about this bit when you went into the trade.

You're under a sink and the phone rings. You can't answer. Job goes to whoever picks up next. That's £150–£350 gone, and they're not calling back.

You spend 3 hours putting together a proper quote. Professional, detailed. They go with someone else anyway. Three hours you won't get back.

Evenings should be yours. Instead they disappear to invoices, chasing payments and messages that need replies. You're never actually off the tools.

You threw money at Google ads. At SEO. At a website. No clue if any of it worked. No system to track it. Just hope and a lighter bank account.

A receptionist would cost £25,000+ a year. An answering service costs hundreds a month. So most tradespeople go without — and keep losing jobs to voicemail.

You don't know what half your competitors are charging. You guess. You underquote. You win the job but barely make money on it. Then do it all again.

Why I built this

I gave myself 15 hours a week back. That's not a textbook stat — that's my actual life.

I've been a plumber for over 20 years. The pipes, the boilers, the 6am callouts — none of that was ever the problem. What broke me down was everything around the job: the phone ringing while I'm under a sink, the quotes I'd forget to send, the invoices chasing me at 11pm instead of being in bed.

I was working a 24/7 schedule without ever clocking off. So I built the system I needed — an AI receptionist that never misses a call, a calendar that fills itself, a CRM that remembers every customer so I don't have to.

Now I run the whole business from one tablet in the van. This is it.
